WHY WE OPENED HERE
Shared entrances, and a lot of them.
Bengaluru’s entrance problems are mostly problems of scale. An apartment block has one gate and two hundred people who need through it. A gated community has a barrier, a guard, and a queue behind both at 9am. A villa on Sarjapur Road has a gate nobody wants to get out of the car for when it is raining. These are the same products we install across Kerala, sized and configured differently because the traffic through them is different.
We opened a Bengaluru office so a site survey does not mean waiting for someone to drive up from Kottayam. The office at Bellandur is where surveys and installations across the city are run from, and visits there are by appointment — it is a working office, not a walk-in counter. The workshop and head office stay in Kottayam.

Safety sensors
Photocells and obstacle detection as standard, so the gate stops rather than closing on a person, pet or vehicle.
Power cuts
DC motors take battery backup on two 12V batteries — built in on some brands, a ₹5,500 add-on on others. AC motors run from your home inverter connection, which we can wire in at installation. Every motor has a manual release key.
Remote & RFID access
Two remotes come with every motor kit, and extra remotes are available. RFID access available as an add-on — quoted after your free site survey.
Voice control
On DC motors, a WiFi smart-switch module wired into the motor’s remote-control input gives Alexa and Google Home voice control alongside the remote. Not available on AC motors.

Configure & test
Remotes, any RFID tags, safety sensors and the manual release set up and tested, with a walkthrough for you.
Support & AMC
Optional AMC to keep the motor, sensors and battery serviced year-round.
